My experience working in a helping professional role includes work with survivors of sexual assault and individuals diagnosed on the Autism spectrum, as well as individual therapy under supervision at Naropa University. As every individual is unique and diverse, I advocate that therapists must strive to do all that is necessary to build trust and safety for each individual with respect to individual differences in cultures, sexual and gender orientations, spirituality, and other backgrounds.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to access their own inner courage, strength, and wisdom; and I feel honored to be in a field of work that promotes and fosters love and wholeness for oneself. Additionally, my mindfulness practice, great enthusiasm to be active and outdoors, and general inquisitiveness enlivens who I am and my work.
