PROFESSIONAL BIO

I am a Counseling Psychology Intern at Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute, and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver with a specialization in couples and family therapy. I have a bachelor of science in biology from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

In my clinical and professional experiences, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of diverse backgrounds and needs. My professional experiences have included group facilitation, and working with chronic and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, crisis management, and individuals with eating disorders.
Through collaboration, I support people in exploring their story and life experiences so they may develop greater self-awareness, identify strengths, and feel empowered to make choices that may enrich their lives. My work is based on Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Bowenian Therapy, and John Gottman’s Couple Therapy.
