PROFESSIONAL BIO

I have been studying Counseling Psychology since 2008, and am currently completing my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. In my clinical experience, I have worked with adults and children through a variety of issues, including early childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and personal growth.

My therapeutic practice is guided by an integration of Experiential, Gestalt, and Hakomi principles. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment in which clients can honor their unique, individual experiences in the world.  My intention and hope for your growth in therapy is that it will inspire a life more freely and fully lived.

“And the day came,
when the risk to remain tight in a bud
was more painful
than the risk it took to Blossom.”
