Diversity and Inclusivity Policy

Noeticus actively engages in practices that support and invite myriad forms of diversity and we endeavor to welcome and celebrate that diversity with attitudes and practices that foster inclusivity as a core value. Embracing diversity and incorporating a keen understanding of how diversity plays out in relationship to power, privilege, and difference are potent forces in cultivating understanding and peace internally as well as within the world at large.

The administration, staff, and professionals at Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute have designated our organization and office space as a SAFE ZONE. In so doing we are committed to understanding and respecting all aspects of people including:

If you are a client and have questions or concerns about any of these things, please bring them to the attention of your therapist, your therapist's supervisor, or our Clinical Director.

If you are a staff member and have questions or concerns about any of these things, please bring them to the attention of your preceptor,   mentor, supervisor, or other members of the Leadership Team.
