I have been studying Counseling Psychology officially since 2008, but my interest in relationships and systems began much earlier. As a French horn player, I have had many amazing opportunities to observe the system of an orchestra while playing my part. I am also trained in the Mongan method of HypnoBirthing and have worked with many couples during their birth classes and for some, during their births. This experience has helped me see the need for greater connection between partners.

My work is based on the social need for attachment and connection that we all share as human beings, as well as an increased recognition of our emotional inner worlds. I believe that when our emotional experience is recognized and validated first by ourselves, and next by our significant others, we are able to move forward into new expressions of authenticity. My goal is to facilitate your breakthrough into a greater distillation of who you would like to be.
